New open phone patch on 146.865 pl 100.0, Up and running on SKYPE.

Echo Link on Line. WA6BTH-R

Will be replacing the Pollock Pines 865(146.2pl) with a new system.

Will rebuild the 865(100pl) at Sand, and fix the EchoLink so the repeater can be linked to other repeaters on Echo Link. Will also make it easier to work the phone patch using Skype. Crystals are installed and machine is all tuned up and ready to go.
